Custom Home Design/PlanningAll custom homes start with an idea of that certain look. Some styles of existing homes are like Country, Dallas Style, French Country or Modern. We then focus on how your custom home will be designed and laid out. Your custom home layout can be 1 story, 2 story, # of bathrooms, or split bedrooms. Taking your land type into account, City Lot or Acreage. We can design and plan your custom home around those types. We will personally work with you thru this process. Building a custom home does not mean spending more money, it just means building and spending your money on what you want your home to be.
With American Classic Homes, we believe that the more eyes on the process the better the home. We do not take shortcuts when constructing your new home. We give our clients complete accessibility to their new custom home throughout the building process.
Custom Home Interior Development
This new custom home is being built for you! We will assist you in everything from picking colors, counter tops, appliances, lighting systems, and more. Since this is your very own custom home, we give you lots of time to make your decisions. We will also let you know if you are going out of the budget. But you will have the ability to upgrade if desired. You will find that our allowances are sufficient and our features are above industry standards
Custom Exterior Home Development
At American Classic Homes, we use Trinity Brick (trinitybrick.com) for our brick home exteriors with soldier corses or double bolts around window. When using stone construction method, we use natural stone purchased from Richburg Stone (richburgstone.com). Exterior siding is concrete board by Hardie or Certenteed. The soffit board is 3/8″ smart panel material. You will choose your brick & stone material and how they will be laid out too, included with the custom home development. Exterior painting for your custom home is of professional quality. Garage doors do not come standard with windows. However you will be able to upgrade to that feature if desired.
